               Infosys Training Documents Checklist

1)OFFER LETTER:  First and the  most important document is your  Offer letter from Infosys and the Letter of intent to hire, Make sure the bar code is visible clearly on the offer letter. 

 2)ID CARD: Identity proof which can be your Passport, PAN Card, Aadhar card or Driving license.

3)PASSPORT: Passport (Not necessary to submit on DOJ but it needs to be submitted within a year),If you don’t have passport then you need to go through some background check and the details will be given to you once you join Infosys Mysore for training.
4)MARK-SHEETS: Don't forget to take your Mark-sheets which includes your 10th, 12th and All semesters original mark sheets some  photocopies of the same.

 5)ACCOMMODATION MAIL PRINTOUT: Another document you need to take with yourself is the print-out of Joining Details and Accommodation Letter.



6)NSR CARD: It is one of the most important document  NSR card or the IT-PIN number. 

7)DEGREE CERTIFICATE: Your degree certificate which is also an important document and if you don't have carry your provisional degree certificate.

 8)PAN CARD: PAN Card is very important, if you want your salary then you must take your     PAN card.
                                                        Glimpse of Infosys Mysore Training centre.

9)SERVICE AGREEMENT OR NOTARY: You just need to take your Notary Service Agreement and the Infosys management  will take care of rest of the process.

 10)MEDICAL CERTIFICATE: You are also suggested to bring your medical test certificate as it is a mandatory document.

 11)PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS : Take at least 20 to 30 passport size photos with you.

 Also i will recommend you people  to carry atleast  5 Photocopies of all the above documents. You can take more if you want but atleast five is suggested.
Please Check better check your documents thrice before leaving your home.

 So folks, that's all about the documents that you must carry with you  while joining Infosys Mysore Training.

 Please refer this checklist again, a day before  you leave for Mysore.

      Yes..Without Medical test how will you get medical certificate ??
      As a part of your pre-joining process, Infosys requires you to undergo the below mentioned Medical Tests.

      Tests:

      1. HBSAg (SPOT/ELISA)
      2. Chest X ray
      3. Typhoid (Widal)
      4. Urine routine and bile pigments
      5. Blood grouping and Rh Typing
      6. Stool check

      Please note that the medical checkup needs to be undergone in the hospitals mentioned in the NIC Network Hospitals only.

    My last semester result is not declared yet. Would there be any problem if I don't have last semester marksheet and provisional degree at the time of joining?

    Is NSR card mandatory. I came to know from my frnd that getting acknowledgement number is sufficient and later in infy campus we can give biometric and get the card. Please reply

      NSR card not required at time of joining ..acknowledgement number is enough.

    Hi, for 10th and 12th do we also require the certificates? I only have the 10th and 12th marksheets with me. My school didnt provide me with any certificates apart from marksheet. Will there be any problem?

      I have my full name in markscards but in my adhar carda I only have my name with surname. there is a mismatch. is there any problm arise with this? my pancard name and bank passbook name is same. only difference is in my markscards. is that OK?
